What does the price include?

The apartment is equipped with bed linen, towels. Smoking is not permitted insde the property and pets are not permitted to stay. The apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES There is a £150 security deposit payable in advance of your holiday and returned within 7 days of departure. We understand that accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it’s minor we usually won’t charge. If it’s a larger issue (e.g. theTV screen!) we would like to agree the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thankyou!

How Can I Make A Reservation Directly?

Reservations are secured by payment of £150 security deposit. Full balance must be paid within 10 weeks of arrival. We accept Bank Transfer and Paypal.

Do We Need A Deposit Or A Payment In Advance

Oak Nook holds a £150 security deposit at the time of booking. This is a refundable deposit that will be returned to you within 7 days of your departure date. The full balance of your holiday is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
No refund will be given if your booking is cancelled.
